Hear from players and families who've experienced the ACTA difference.

- Lorie V.
This helped increase her confidence!
Coach Garrett has been a big part of Kaitlynâs development. He has given her the tools to learn the mental part of the game. This helped increase her confidence to make decisions and increase her speed of play. He has been a positive force for her soccer journey thus far. Coach Garrett is one of Kaitlynâs favorite coaches!

- Aris Y.
Iâve never had so much fun!
I just wanted to say thank you so much for coaching us this entire trip. Iâve never had so much fun on a trip before. You helped me so much with my confidence and I might not show it but I've always been such an anxious person and scared of judgement on the field. But this trip I felt like I could be myself and play because of everything you said in our meetings. Thank you once again.

- Nina W.
This completely changed her soccer life!
We are not exaggerating when we say that (this) completely changed her soccer lifeâŚit not only propelled her to the next level, but more importantly, it helped her start truly believing in herself.

MEET THE SENIOR STAFF
Garrett Morgan
Founder/Technical Director
USSF âAâ âTechnical Director â UPSL-W Head Coach â ODP Head Coach â Club Head Coach
Coach Garrett Has been coaching elite players from youth to college and professional for 15 years. He is currently a head coach and multiple championship winner in the Olympic Development Program. Coach Garrett founded ACTA Football in 2024 To create a system to help players see the game more clearly, play more quickly and more accurately, and play with more confidence under pressure.
âDevelopment comes first, always. My mission has always been to give players a platform to express their creativity, grow as athletes, and learn to excel as human beings outside of sport later in life. ACTA Football is an opportunity for me to share my philosophy with others and make an impact on the game. We not only get to make an impact on these young people as athletes, help shape their futuresâŚt's an amazing gift to be a part of it.â
Â
Sarah Fawcett
Girls Director
USSF âAâ License | UEFA âBâ License | WPSL & USL-W Coach | ODP Coach | Club Director
Sarah has been a club coach, director and professional scout for the last 15 years, and has been on staff with the WYNT. She joined ACTA Football as Girls Director in 2025.
I believe deeply in the power of player development â not just to build better athletes, but to develop sharper minds, stronger decision-making, and resilient character. Through programs like ACTAâs emphasis on cognitive speed, tactical awareness, and mental performance, I know that we can help players evolve into complete soccer-minded individuals. That belief is exactly why I joined ACTA Football: I wanted to be part of a program that doesnât just focus on fitness or skills, but builds elite minds and empowers players to reach their full potential.
Korynn Najera
Program Director
Head Coach: Placer United
Assistant Coach: Calnorth ODP
Coach Kory has been coaching for 7 years at the club, ODP/YOP and Semi-professional level. She was also a 4 year collegiate player herself and understands the demands put on young players as they develop. Kory joined ACTA in 2024 and became Program Director in 2025.
The greatest athletes are built from the inside out. As a coach, my commitment to development is to the whole player; emotional wellbeing and mental health are the foundation of creating strong well-balanced individuals. ACTA goes beyond drills to focus on the development of soccer intelligence, training our players to read the game with clarity, composure, and tactical brilliance. By fostering a culture of character building and resilience, we ensure that every individual leaves the pitch not just as a better footballer, but as a confident and grounded leader.
