Sarah has been a club coach, director and professional scout for the last 15 years. She joined ACTA Football as Girls Director in 2025.

I believe deeply in the power of player development — not just to build better athletes, but to develop sharper minds, stronger decision-making, and resilient character. Through programs like ACTA’s emphasis on cognitive speed, tactical awareness, and mental performance, I know that we can help players evolve into complete soccer-minded individuals.

Garrett Morgan

Coach Garrett Has been coaching elite players from youth to college and professional for 15 years. He is currently a head coach and multiple championship winner in the Olympic Development Program. Coach Garrett founded ACTA Football in 2024.

Development comes first, always. My mission has always been to give players a platform to express their creativity, grow as athletes, and learn to excel as human beings outside of sport later in life. ACTA Football Is an opportunity for me to share my philosophy with others and make an impact on the game.
