The course is designed to be completed over six weeks. The course content is organized to give you real-world experience and strategies to us in training and games, so we recommend following the course timeline as closely as possible.

The course works for almost any age, but it is designed for use by players age 11-19, the age where confidence impacts are the greatest and the dropout rates in youth sports are the highest.

In addition to unlimited access to this complete course, you will receive all of the free downloads included with the course, a graduation kit with tools to help you maintain your confidence beyond the last module, a social media kit so you can brag about your accomplishments. You will also get:

• The Culture of Confidence: How parents create a family culture where motivation grows naturally.
•  A 1:1 player development  workshop (for parents) to learn how to accelerate the growth of your player.

The development workshop is a chance for parents to get personalized advice on setting goals and managing development for their youth player. It is included with the course, and you will receive information on how to claim your free workshop ticket after the course registration is complete.

When players learn how to control breathing, regulate focus, and redirect negative thoughts, their brain stops panicking under pressure. That leads to clearer decisions and stronger belief.
